I love square, but I was not sure how smooth the TP holder would be, I was hoping it would not be clunky because it was square, and I can't tell the difference the way it spins on this versus the round one it replaced. I wish the hooks were 1" deeper, but not a huge deal, you just need to make sure its secure before you walk away. I was not able to use the little Allan key it came with, it's a toy not a tool, but again not a big deal. The screws looked a little underwhelming when I saw them, but once its tight there is no play, so it works well. All the finishes match also, which is nice. I think this is really nice and well made for the price, modern looking also.(direction talked about a two sided tape, but mine did not have this install type)
