Kit was complete except my door had 2 extra hinges in the middle that weren't included. New rollers fit right but after a couple of days they are just as noisy as my old ones. Door does lift and close much easier once new items were installed. Guess it comes down to, at the price paid I got what I paid for.

Overall I was not that happy with the time that it took for this product to arrive. About three days. Once I did get it installation was going smoothly till it came to replacing the cables. The cables provided were about 1 1/2 feet too short. I had to run to Lowes to purchase another longer set of cables. I had to leave the garage door wide open since there was no cable to assist on closing it. I did not have anyone to look after the house until I came back to the house. I feel that I should be reimbursed $10.00 for the cablesI could not use. I now have two cables that I will never use.

Fits, but build quality is questionable. Not to mention the wire rope is way thinner than what I had there; I can't say for certain but I'd guess it to be in the 1/16 range...I went out and bought 1/8 steel rope to use instead, as I'm not a fan of heavy things crashing down on me, my loved ones or my stuff.
