The charm's plating started to wear off after 5 days of use. Unfortunately, I didn't use it as soon as it arrived, but weeks later, and when I wanted to return the product, the expiration date had already expired.even though I contacted the seller, but they didn't respond.

The first one I received was broken in half. They sent me a replacement, which does NOT allow it to be worn on a Pandora braclet. I am returning the second one as well.

I was so excited to find this because I love infinity symbols..it fits my bracelet fine but constantly flips over which I hadn't thought about when I got it..but it's a nice piece, I thought it was a lil small til I got it on my bracelet and it fits perfectly..nice addition to my bracelet

I couldn’t use it on my bracelet because it wouldn’t lay straight and it was to big and long, I don’t know why it was advertised as a charm for a braceletI had to wind up, putting it on my herringbone necklace and even then it still doesn’t lay straight it keeps turning around backwards. I will never buy from them again
