I bought these for my 12 year old son. They washed very well. One downside is the inner boxer brief type liner is very loose on his legs. Otherwise, they fit true to size, and they have nice bold colors on the fabric. He feels that they are too short on him, though. They come to about 1-2" above his knee.

Nice quality swim shorts, super cute and well made. Comfortable to swim in and easy to wash and clean.

The Bobiano Boys Swim Trunks with Boxer Brief Liner Compression Quick Dry Swim Shorts I'm a fan of for my son.I got this in this 14-16 for my son and feel these run true to that size. These don't run small or large so sticking to your normal size is recommended.My son is a fan of color, comfort, fit, and style. The drawstring is completely workable and not just there for style. The elastic band is great for extra security when running, playing, and doing whatever. He hasn't complained about how these feel when worn at all which is great because he can be pretty sensitive about the clothing that he wears.The material is somewhat thin yet not see-through. It is soft and silky and dries quickly. The trunks are mesh lined on the inside for extra comfort and modesty.Movement isn't at all restricted when running, playing, or swimming! These are a pick also when not participating in water-related activities.There are many pockets ( two on the sides and one at the back) which help keep my son organizedThere are no loose strings, off seaming or other poor construction issues to speak of.Though it is cold right now, these will still be used throughout the year at the pool, and hot tub, and if we decided to go somewhere warmer for the season. I feel these will last as long as we need them to do so.Recommended!

This trunk is great, it is very light in the water and also dries quickly. The elastic waistband is a great feature for kids with changing weights. Great and cool color as well.
