Used for walks with dog. Left leash on table and a few minutes later found she had gotten hold of the leash and chews on the plastic hold button rendering retraction inopperable.

To me, the Tug leash is one of the best….i have 2 doxies and I attached a dual lead leash with the Tug and the have enough room to run ahead or stay by my side….its strong and durable for 2 small pups

Tug leashes are the best leashes. They last longer than other brands.

I think my puppy was just too strong for it (she was about 35 pounds at the time) and broke the mechanism inside so it wouldn’t retract anymore. Didn’t have it very long before it broke - think it was her fault for sprinting after a squirrel and my fault for stopping her too fast or something - I’m not sure. Either way ! Just my take on it. It’s fine, just maybe not top quality for a strong dog

This is my first time buying a TUG product and so far I really like it, I just hope that it lasts as long as my last lead which was a Flexi. The weight is good and it fits my hand well. I would have given this a 5 star rating but I have only had it for a short time so I was cautious and gave it 4 stars. I just want it to last at least a year.
