I was afraid it would be too bulky to carry around but it is surprisingly compact and easy to store away when not in use. The lounger is large enough for me to use with my 10 month old, the pad is firm with a thin foam layer. You have to fully assemble the lounger by unrolling it and setting the pad inside then attaching the canopy, it takes less than a minute and about 2 minutes to store away. You have to make sure you set everything back inside the backpack the way it came so everything stays in place and fits properly. The backpack has some storage pockets that were able to fit a baby monitor and portable sound machine or thin blanket. i love it and highly recommend it !

it was good alot bigger than i expected but if your looking for something squishy and soft this might not be the best ideal thing for your baby . i thought it was going to be a little more soft or memory foam like but it’s quite firm and still has to put soft blankets in it to make it more comfy

I ordered this for my little one to use during our travels, she was about two months old at the time and it worked well. It’s quite a bit larger than I initially thought it would be, but I guess it just means more room for her to grow and still get use from it. The padding is quite firm with the additional board underneath the insert - and I did eventually end up removing it as she grew and we traveled more. The nest itself does look exactly as it’s shown in the product images, though I do not use the sunshade (but I imagine it could be nice for vacations with littles while out and about). The backpack material is pretty thin and the zipper is just okay, but it makes it compact for carrying which I appreciated.

This innovative bed/backpack is the cheat-code for naps at our family's houses. All of it is contained in a simple-looking backpack. When you open it, you can assemble the bed in a few easy steps. It takes about 5-10 mins to put everything together, once you get the hang of it. It's a firm but plush little bed that can fit my long baby-- I can see us using it for quite a few more months. It has an optional canopy with toys dangling overhead. I took off one star because it is a little difficult to squeeze all the contents back into the backpack enough to close it. It was a two-person job for us, so we wouldn't rip the zipper of the backpack. When it's closed, it's a super packed bag that can be tucked away into the corner of the closet or in the trunk of a car for emergency naps. We keep it at Grandma and Grandpa's house to make things easier. Napping is a breeze.Sidenote: The first couple times you open this bag/bed, it smells like strong fumes (like nail polish). I'd recommend airing it out before putting your baby in it.
