When my daughter first opened these, she wasn't sure about them because they are quite sparkly, however once she put them on, she loved them. She says that they are so soft and comfy. She was even more excited when she realized they have pockets! Size wise they are a little shorter than what I would normally buy for her. She just started wearing 7/8 in pants and is quite slim. These fit in the waist fine though.

My daughter is a petite almost 9yo and I got the size based on the chart and it was too small and short and I sized up.Because I need this by Friday, I have to order another $35 pair in the next size and hope for the best.Super bonus, now I have to try to return this when there isn't a return place in my town.
