I loved the skill level. Not too complicated, yet still an enjoyable challenge. I'm on my second of the three. The printing is perfect. The color guide is occasionally unclear, and I ran short a strand or two on each project...but it wasn't anything I couldn't work around...but don't waste your thread or you'll run short. I love the colors. They're better in real life. There's even a small stitch (some, not all) guide in each kit, so beginners can start with very little prior instruction. All the materials are great quality. And everything fits into a gallon baggie for waiting-room crafters like me.

The yarn is included and clearly defined instructions. A rewarding floral design for the beginner or more advanced embroider. An excellent sampling of designs and colors for the money.

The instructions are okay. Some of the wording is a bit clunky, but the colored illustrations are very helpful. I did have to look up how to do a French Knot on YouTube though. The first rose was too poofy because I pulled the thread too tight, but that's a common beginner mistake. Instructions are included for how to do a back stitch too, which looks nice. The kit comes with one embroidery hoop. If you want to work on it at the same time as another person, you'll need another 8-inch hoop. The little scissors work okay and the flower threader is cute, but it can pull apart if you aren't careful. I haven't used the seam ripper. The thread is wrapped on cards for each project and each project has its own bag and separate instruction sheet and three embroidery needles. The pre-printed cloth makes things simple so you can focus on learning the stitches. I like how each of the four sets has its own style so people can pick out their favorite. I'm looking forward to stitching some simple designs on my clothing after using this kit.

The Embroidery Kit for Adults with Embroidery Hoop arrived well packaged, as expected. There are four complete kits in the set, all with a house plant thing. The individual kits have all of the thread needed to complete one project. Only one hoop is provided, so only one project can really be worked on at a time, but that is enough! There is also a threader and scissors included for threading the needle, and cutting the thread, respectively.These kits are a bit complicated for beginners, but with patience (and the attitude that it will be a challenge worth doing), the end results are worth it.
