When the unit would not recognize the USB drive, I tried contacting the customer service department. Ended up calling the number for China. Spent $40 on the call waiting to speak to someone who speaks English. Then had someone take my email and never contact me again…a depressing.At that same time, I couldn’t get the IR headphones to connect. But I thought I would solve that when they got back to me…. Riiiight!Two months later, we have another trip planned so I reach out to them via Amazon. In my request for help, I provide the information I have gathered through trial and error, online, and in conversations I’ve had with car audio technicians. They responded within the day with, “maybe you have the batteries in wrong.” And “Are you sure you’re sitting close enough to the device?” Both answers are telling me that they think the customer is the issue and it couldn’t possibly be their device. Blaming others is a lack of ownership.I replied to this communication with disapproval of their efforts and haven’t heard back from them for days.The device is beyond the 30 day grace period. It does have a 1 year warranty but those usually mean their lawyers can explain away anything they don’t want to cover.In my experience, I think the device would be totally fine if it functioned as advertised. The screen is quite clear and large enough for our 2022 Toyota Sienna. However, customer service is crap.

Great for the price. Sound with IR is spotty as line of sight is bad with the where the transmitter is in the unit. I am using a different transmitter plugged into my head unit. This is still well worth it for the price. Installed in my 2010 Odyssey to replace factory rear entertainment system when I replaced the head unit as well (Nov 2019). I will update post if anything goes wrong, but so far it has been awesome on trips. I spray painted some plexiglass and covered the whole in our headliner as the factory unit was a lot longer in size. I used a piece of ply wood for mounting it to the metal bracket that was already in place from the previous unit.

I have to give 3 star in the install because i will have to do it twice i recieved mine damage on the screen but amazon is sending me a new one right away.. i only have haft of the screen has picture and its super nice so im guessing it with a realy nice monitor when i get my replacement in a few days hoping amazon will give sone discount for the time im losing
