This mold is well constructed and held up great to pouring and demolding. The back is flat so you can easily brush mica powders into specific areas before pouring your liquid. I use epoxy resin but I'm sure candle wax or flashiest would work great too. When demolded, the item stands level on its base so I doesn't have to lie on its back. The details are wonderful and the only issue I had was my error in not making sure there were no air bubbles at the tips of the fingers. I will correct that next time. This makes a beautiful shelf sitter.

This is an excellent mold. It is easy to use, it looks great and it is made well. The mold is made of silicone and can more then likely take temperatures of up to over 400 degrees. Every other silicone mold I have used has this ability.Stir your materials, pour into the mold, wait and pop the mold out. Your end project will look great. I have used resin but candy, soap, candles or whatever else you might want to use should work.This is a good mold. If you are looking for such a mold to create projects with this is definitely one to check out. It is easy to use and it can be used over and over.
