We used this at a recent bridal shower for the guests to sketch, using white charcoal pencils, wedding gowns. One side of the paper is slightly darker, so I printed on the lighter side. The paper worked beautifully for this activity.

This is a good sturdy cardstock, just right for what I needed. I decided to try printing something on them so I could get some use out of the leftovers after I cut out the shapes I needed, but my printer HATES this cardstock. I guess it’s too heavy to easily go through the rollers and out the other end, because it jammed nine times out of ten. So just be aware of that, but otherwise it’s perfect.

I am writing this review as sort of a public service in order to correct a misimpression created by different user’s review. The other reviewer stated that this is paper and not card stock. As a result of that review I nearly canceled my order (I had placed it before I saw the review.) I’m very glad I did not cancel. In fact, this is excellent cover stock, especially for the price. I ordered this in late afternoon and it arrived the next day via Amazon Prime. I used it to create a series of placards. They are plenty thick and they are the perfect color and texture for what I had in mind. They will certainly stand up to the wear they will undergo over the several days they will be on display indoors and out. As a matter of fact, they were too thick for auto-handling through my laser printer’s paper tray and so I had to hand feed them into the printer’s document feeder. That worked just fine. Not unexpectedly, owing to the heat and the rollers, the card stock emerged with a slight curve. They straightened out after simply lying for a few hours on a flat surface. To demonstrate the sturdiness of the paper, I took a few photos while the stock was still curved. Judge for yourself.
