This is cheap tubing and has a hell of a lot of kinks that will not come out even if you heat it up and straighten it. I would’ve preferred to use a better quality tube

I bought this for a project to drain water from a machine to a water storage container. It was the perfect choice. Great price.

I purchased this 50-foot length of 3/8 ID 1/2" OD tubing to siphon my homebrew beer from the fermenter into the keg. I figure 50 feet cut into short lengths should last me quite a while. I wouldn't want to break the bank on siphon tubing, so the price was right. There's cheaper tubing with similar specs, but I was willing to pay more for the specifications printed on the tubing. (How many times have I held some tubing scratching my head and wondering what the diameters are?)I agree with reviews that complain about stubborn kinks and embedded particles. I likely would not be happy if I had purchased this for draft beer dispensing, but for siphoning it's fine.It easily slides over my 3/8" auto-siphon, however I had to push it far on (up to the bend) to ensure an airtight connection. It also helps to ensure the section you connect to the siphon or spigot isn't kinked, or else there won't be an airtight seal.Cardinal rule – you get what you pay for. For draft tubing, I'll continue to purchase from my homebrew supplier.
