They run large. The self adjust band is great.I usually wear a 34 waist and 34 leg.The waist is a little large, a 32 would have done. Also the legs a little long. A 32 would have done. Lots of pockets. Comfortable.I did try other designs by the same manufacturer just for size, they ran true to size. You should try a pair of this style before you buy.I am an EMT trainee.

These pants feel very strong and durable, and have plenty of pockets and functional use. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is for sizing. Most times, my size is spot on, but these seemed a little long for the size, and the leg width was a bit wider than my liking. The sizing is not a big deal, especially if you like to have some extra length or need a wider leg, but for me its a bit to adjust to.Aside from the sizing, however, the pants are solid, comfortable, and functional. Definitely a good pair of pants.

These pants are fantastic! They are very comfortable, incredibly functional and have plenty of pockets for your gear. The stitching is solid. Everything looks good and tight and the quality control is clearly present. They are a touch long on me so if you’re on the border of two different lengths, I recommend going with the shorter length.The product itself is made overseas, but it is an American company which I appreciate. They’re a little pricey, but I’m fine with that considering the quality.

These are great pants are actually really durable and thick, the fit is perfect and they don't shrink! I love these pants as they are able to hold many things like walkie talkies, tape, etc. will be ordering more asap!
