Overall this was what we needed. Seems to be solid and sturdy, and we like the storage under the suitcase. One of the straps that holds the luggage was about 2 inches shorter than all of the others, so I left it off. Hoping I can get the right part from the seller. The instructions were missing a page, but I figured it out and it all fits fine. One of the legs had the bottom insert installed incorrectly, but I was able to remove it and install it correctly. I did not have any problems with the screws and being able to turn them by hand. I did not need a drill to assemble this.

My husband travels for work. His duffel bag was always on the floor I like the extra storage for slippers flip flops.Etc. nice and sturdy would definitely buy again.

El producto deja de funcionar cuando se calienta yo vivo en Merida Yucatán aca la temperatura ambiental es muy alta cerca de los 40* en un principio trabajo bien pero en cuanto aumento la temperatura empezó a fallar

I’m a flight attendant living in an apartment with roomies, so good organizational solutions are important for me - since my luggage isn’t stored between most trips. It’s easier to keep things tidy when everything has its place.I read the reviews before purchasing, and was prepared for a really complicated assembly, but in fact it was very straight forward. Follow the diagrams carefully and you will do just fine. Everything you’ll need for the assembly is provided; small screw driver, allen wrench and a little wrench. I had pulled out my electric drill because some reviews mentioned needing one, and I never used it.
