I bought these, and then promptly lost them somewhere in my garage.I'm sure they're nice. Once I find them, I'll post a proper review :)

I want to rate these very high as they feel awesome when tooling around in non clipless shoes, But they grip so good to the bottom of your shoes that a slight twist of the ankle, and your foots on the ground as they come unclipped from your real pedal...Also, as others note, they are obviously weighted to one side when clipped in, so always upside down initially. I don't recommend trying to use these with flip flops as you have to do a little toe flip trick to get one over to get your foot on. This is the most annoying thing. Thinking the more I use them the easier this will become (like in the old days with toe clips, but my muscle memory for that move died 25 years ago). So, do they work? Yes. What's annoying? the toe flip thing you have to do, and don't twist your foot, as the pedal will flop to the ground...

These machined pedals are well-built, sturdy, and grippy against my shoes. I only fit a SPD-SL on them, but the holes looked like they were right for a SPDs, too. Once in place, they are a little heavy and will flip over your pedal, but that's expected behavior, similar to using toe boxes. The only recommendation I have for purchasers is to be prepared to take them off. Your cleats are meant to fit snugly into the pedal and come off with the twisting motion of your leg. You won't have that sort of torque with just a few fingers. I shaved off a bit of the SPD-SL cleat and they work like a charm. Alternatively, you could use a wrench, screwdriver, or even a tire lever - but because I will take these on and off my road bike/ commuter often, I wanted to be able to do it by hand. Ten minutes with a razor on the back of the cleats and they still lock in well but come off with the twist of a hand.Easy peasy.

Used for speed play pedals, no hardware included. Speed play 3 hole plastic adapter will directly screw into these pedals with some loc tite, then screw on your 4 hole speed play cleats. Looks like they will be sturdy and work well, as there are limited speed play platform options out there. Maybe wahoo will make some platforms! Also there will be float because of the cleat design, not too big a deal but pedals slide around a bit. Overall seem excellent

This adapter is useless for look/delta cleat style pedals (peloton pedals) the way it arrives. Do not buy it if you are not prepared to add some parts. There is not enough clearance between adapter plate and cleat to allow it to attach to the pedal. I did this with parts I had kicking around the house. You need longer screws and washers to give you the separation so it will click into pedals. I used 6 -M5x16 screws, and 2 large fender style washers (2” in diameter, required some grinding. 1” would work better with no grinding)for top screws on cleat , 4 - 3/8” washers (1” outside diameter) for two bottom screws on cleat. If your buying the parts, 6- 3/8” washers (1” outside diameter), 6 - M5x 16 screws and 6 - 1/4” washers so screws don’t pull through supplied rectangular washers supplied with the delta cleats (may not be required depending on how big of head is on the screws toy buy). I was building these for my kids so they can ride our Peloton which is why I went with the 1 degree float pedals. Not something I would recommend for outdoor biking (balance of the pedals is terrible) but will work on stationary bike. If you have access to a welder, weld your self up a little wrench to twist them off as they are hard to twist out by hand. Hope this helps someone else out trying to accomplish something similar.
