The matt does everything I could have wanted it to do. I made uramaki (rice on outside) rolls and it's perfect. Easier to clean than bamboo but honestly I never found that to be a drawback of bamboo.It does take getting used to as it's not as rollable as bamboo.I gave value for money 3 stars because it is cheaply made and after just one dinner's worth of use the matt had wear on the thin hinges. It looks like it will break over time.

Lavoro in un ristorante sushi da due anni e ho sempre usato quello di legno che era molto meglio rispetto a questo di plastica. I principale difetto e' che non e' molto riflessibile, per fare un roll bisonga avere il tapettino molto riflessibile, con questo di plasticca e' molto duro quindi non riesci a fare roll velocemente. Pensavo molto utile perche' plastica dura di piu' e e' piu' comodo per lavare ma in effetti non e'.

A primo impatto sembra duro ma basta arrotolarlo nel verso opposto a quello in cui arriva. Arrotolandolo stretto in entrambe le direzioni diventa piatto e nettamente più morbido. La struttura a listelli permette di fare pieghe ad angolo, ottimo per dare la forma quadrata agli uramaki.Ero scettico sull'antiaderenza della superficie goffrata ma devo dire che funziona!Ottima stuoia, davvero consigliata!

Cumple su propósito . Más fácil hacer sushi. Se mira de baja calidad pero seguiré utilizando

I loved the product . I'm not even a regular sushi maker so the thought of a non-stick mat, made me think "yeah, right". But it actually works really well. I have yet to try a reverse Sushi roll, but the ones I've made so far are great. It's really easy to clean and I like that I don't have to put it in a plastic bag just to make sushi. I little more than a simple roller, but a lot less than a fancy one - who cares, because the taste is the same, which is awesome! I love this product!
