These are almost perfecf. The material is comfortable. The adjustable strap works well. I like that the weights are in one pound removable increments. The only issue is that it is very difficult to remove and put back thr weights with the pouch design of overlapping material. If you you want to be able to change the weight.often, I would look for a different design. Otherwise, these are a great choice as the material is great for workouts.

I’m using it for rehab after an injury, works great!Velcro holds well, distributes weight around my ankles.

Weights are what I needed. Would be nice if the Velcro straps would secure the weights the around the ankles enough so they would not slide along my leg with elevation, but it is secure enough that they do not slide too far. Got these in used condition for the price discount yet they appear unused. Solid ankle weights. Have not used them enough to say anything about durability, but they feel sturdy enough to last a good while for leg and core exercises.

These ankle weights are a great way to level up my workouts. Whether I’m walking, running, or doing strength training, they add just the right amount of resistance without being too bulky. I like these weights and the fact that the individual sand bags are removeable to customize. The set seems well constructed and durable. The fit is a bit awkward for me, though, because I'm small/petite. So they feel a bit bulky, and I can't get them to wrap tightly enough not to slide a little bit while I exercise. Perhaps smaller-than-average people will have the same issue, but I think that average- to larger-size men and women will find them a good fit.
