Like most competition suits from Arena, these need to be really tight in order to fit appropriately. If you get them in a "comfortable" size, the arm holes get a little bit gappy and might show more chest than you want.Like all Arena branded swimwear, however, this suit is extremely high quality and very performant.

Overall, this is another quality product from Arena who knows how to make good swimsuits, of course. The pattern is fun and eye catching and the suit overall looks like it is meant for competitive business. The fabric is clearly of a high quality with good lining for modesty.Speaking of which, the reason we removed a star is that the back and side cut outs are a bit more than we bargained for. The sides show more of the mid section, which may or may not be to your taste. But the most important thing to note in my wife's use is that the part covering the rear doesn't seem to come up as high as in the product imagery, and so you might have a little bit of an exposure issue back there if you are not careful. If just splashing around casually, maybe that's not a concern, but if swimming laps and moving around against the friction of the water, there is the fear of a mildly embarrassing minor wardrobe malfunction. So just beware that from the back and side, this is less modest than from the front. If you are good with that, you may be very happy with this suit, which is otherwise well made and attractive.

This suit, like all Arena products we've tried, is very high quality and well designed. It should be noted that Arena is a competitive swim brand, and this suit is intended for that purpose. While the suit can certainly be used for other things, it's cut and sized for serious swimmers. It's not going to hide or flatter. The size chart should be used. We ordered a 26 for my 12 year old daughter, who is on swim team and is slightly smaller than a 26 based on the chart, as we want her to be able to wear it next summer. The suit looks smaller than regular suits she's already outgrown, but stretches to fit properly.Excellent material quality, attractive pattern and bright bold colors.Very much recommend the suit and brand, but don't be surprised when it fits like shrink-wrap--that's the whole idea.

This fit just like my other swimsuit from TYR. The solid swimsuits get so boring, so I like that this is a more fun pattern. It's a little more "revealing" than your standard workout swimsuits, but I don't mind. Plus the pictures show that, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. The fabric was less "swimsuit" and more cottony than I expected but it performs great in the water and dries like a standard swimsuit would, so no issue there.

I ordered this swim suit in a 22 for my daughter according to the size chart, but it wouldn't go past her hips and she really doesn't have any to speak of since she's 8 and slightly below average on the growth charts. I am not familiar with competition suit sizing, but I think they run pretty small. I had a tall 2, almost 3 year old, girl (90th for height) try this on and it was a little loose on the bottom, but I have no doubt that she would fit into this in a year or two. The suit itself is very well made and I think I was the one who messed up on reading the sizing chart. I do think that it would be nice if ARENA could make a new chart that gives us the estimated size for kids at a certain age so that it could help us narrow down which size to get.
