The size "large" is not large at all. It feels more appropriate for small-medium dogs like a corgi.My dog weighs about 60 lbs. Large should be for for 75+lbs dogs. He is slightly smaller than a golden retriever, which could be considered "large." Even after looking at measurements, it isn't accurate.Highly disappointed.

My dog is ~16 pounds and has one rear leg that has never been functional. It was atrophied when he was a baby. Now that he’s over 10, his working back leg is tired and it slips out from under him often. He’s been falling every few steps and I got so concerned with his quality of life and happiness. I tried at least 10 other harnesses and contraptions meant to support a dog for daily walks (not just to lift them or transport them) and this is by far the best. He can easily go to the bathroom without any mess, he seems comfortable and happy, and it feels very secure. The only downside is it is not easy to get on or off. Small price to pay for the freedom this has given us. Absolutely recommend.

This works nicely for lifting my Cockapoo into the car. I just wish the strap was less bulky and shorter.
