This pair of adaptor cables, at first, seem a little expensive (especially when they are imported from the USA), but in my opinion, they are worth it. Regular banana plugs pull out far too easily, but these don't! They fit snugly and securely, with gold plated connectors, allowing you to connect to Speakon plugs, which are commonly used for their reliability. Recommended.

Typically I make audio cables myself, but in this case it was a better choice just to order this one, as parts would have been the same price by themselves.

Excelente, para conectar un amplificador que tengo con salida tipo banana convertirlo a salida tipo speakon...!!! Sin pérdida de calidad en el audio. 100% recomendable...

I have two different sets of speakers to use in the living room, with speaker cables built-in behind the main book shelf. The cables end in Neutrik Speakon male plugs for the one set of speakers while the other set is connected via banana plug sockets. This adaptor lets me switch easily between the two sets and works like a charm on the Neutrik NL4FX 4-pole Speakon plugs I bought on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002BERXW6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Also, I found no other female Speakon connectors not made for building into a speaker chassis.Most other offers that claim to be female are actually male plugs from the images.
