I can’t give this 5 stars because I don’t see this one lasting forever. However, I must say that for the price, it is fairly good. I bought this one for sterilizing my mushroom substrates and related lab equipment. I did have a heating coil failure and the seller sent me a replacement for free. The only way to contact them is via email, however, they are responsive and always reply within a day. I do a lot of rough/lazy use and this one has withstood that so far.Do note that this one is not automatic, nor does it have a power switch. Once you plug it in, it’s on. I keep monitoring it and keeps switching the power supply on and off to maintain a specific psi level. The safety valve goes off at 21 psi and has been good at preventing mishaps.It’s a good value for the price you’re paying and has very good customer support for this price level. Any replacement parts do ship from China, so replacement parts if necessary take a week or 2 to get delivered

The product works as advertised. The maximum pressure oscillates between ~18-24 psi which is overkill for my mushroom growing needs. It makes a lot of mist/steam and noise when the safety valve releases the steam, but it gets the job done, and I am really in awe of it's power and capability. But the reason I write this review is the customer care. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong voltage model and broke the heater, and the customer service was nice enough to actually send a new one to me at no cost(warranty) - even tho the fault for destroying the heater was mine. Baoshishan is my favorite company from now on.

It was working ok for the first 3-4 times; But after that it won't heat up over 0.1 MPa.It goes up to 0.1 and automatically stops at that temperature and then goes on again. I don't know how to make heat up to 126 degrees.

Not only are the directions poorly translated, they are short to say the least. Its like they used a decade old translation app as it lacks all conjunction and makes little sense at times. It says nothing about time or temp and dosent describe the function or what to expect. You're gonna have to go to YouTube and find the one single 2min video which was probably translated with the same app and an annoying A.I. voice. After the video you certainly won't feel equipped to use what is arguably a bomb with cheap electronics. For the price I feel cheated as for not much more money I could have bought one from a reputable company. Would not recommend.

A bit simple and clunky, but did what I needed it to do. Had been working for about 2 and a half years. It suddenly stopped on me, in the middle of a sterilization cycle. Not the water level trip, as it just won’t work anymore.

Tuve un problema con una válvula pero me respondieron rápido y me resolvieron el asunto. La olla en general es buena y funcional. Se siente el jalón de energía cuando lo pongo a trabajar (110 v), hay que asegurar que se tiene una buena instalación eléctrica.
