This is a fantastic Barbie playset! My daughters love the canopy/tent sleeping area, the fish pond, and all the assessories! Their favorite part is the grill/kitchen where they can make their own burgers. It's simple to use and adds an extra layer of creative, imaginative play. There are also little molds in the pond (a shell, starfish, and turtle), which is a fun addition. So far, the dough has held up with the lid on tightly. My kiddos also enjoyed the color change feature of the corn, fish, and sandwich. It works with cold water, and is a fun extra detail.I love how the camper opens up, so there's lots of room for play. The pop-up tent is an awesome idea! I also appreciate how the camper folds up and stores all the piece, so clean-up and storage are easy. Almost all the small pieces fit in the frig, which closes securley.Assembly is straightforward, and only took some time because of all the stickers. Applying stickers isn't difficult; it's just something I don't like to do.For the price, I do wish a few more fabric items were included like a towel, pillow, sleeping bag, and/or blanket. Also, it would be nice if they included a plastic burger and/or hotdog since the play doh won't last forever. Finally, it seams like there could be a better design for the bathroom area. Maybe if the door was higher, so there could be a shower stall (like past camper designs)? But, these are small details that wouldn't keep me from ordering again or recommending this set.I love that it's sturdy enough that my 3 1/2 year old can push it arround to drive places. The quality is excellent, and nothing feels particularly cheap or like it will easily break. Overall, our family is very happy with this set and would definitely recommend.

I like this Barbie camper much more than the one with the ladder and slide. The tent makes more sense for a camper and holds 2 barbie dolls comfortably. I like how the picnic table and bench both can be raised for storage. I do not like the dough molding aspect because little ones can get the dough in the Barbie's hair and ruin it. I am not sure it's worth $100, but I am reliving my childhood love of the 1970s Barbie camper.If anyone can help- my instructions were not for the new model so I have no clue where stickers 14 and 15 go(purple storage doors)or 30 and 31 (burgers). I saw a tip to use tweezers to apply the stickers and this was helpful.

This is a really cute Barbie Camper play set, very nostalgic to the original camper all us 80’s & 90’s kids would have played with! It has some cute elements like the swinging chair & the fold out table & chairs & there’s even a little bathroom on the back!It was a tad tedious adding all the stickers & yet somehow I think there could have been a few more stickers to add more details to places like the bed or some of the other accessories. I’m an adult collector tho so maybe I’m being a tad picky? Overall it’s still a solid piece of Barbie equipment full of happiness & pink things!Again, as an adult collector I’m not a huge fan of the play dough aspect of the burger making BUT I do recognize where that would actually appeal to younger collectors & keeps things interactive. At the same time, my other Barbie barbecue/food accessories fit in nicely in place of the play dough!

For the hefty price tag there are lots that could be improved upon. This thing requires LOTS of setup. You have to add all of the stickers (and there are a lot of stickers!!) for the high price tag they should have already been applied.Our camper doesn’t close easily at all. You have to SLAM it shut and then push on it and hold it closed while you lock it. This makes it very difficult for my children to close on their own and requires help from an adult.The tent has a bed in it, but it’s barely noticeable. It’s a solid color pink for the entire bed (which matches the rest of the base.) The pillows aren’t even a different color plastic. For the price they could have included a blanket for the bed and maybe some pillows.While you do get some accessories… I feel there could have been more. The grill comes with 1 corn and 1 slice of bread. You get 1 fishing rod (extremely flimsy) and 1 fish. I wish the set came with more food since you get 4 plates and 4 cups. If you were to buy just this set you wouldn’t have enough food for all of the plates.Some of the accessories are so small I know they will be lost quickly. No matter how careful you are… one slip up and those pieces are gone.Overall it’s too expensive for what you get. You are paying for the brand not quality.

This Barbie camper is so cute and big. It has a pop-up tent on the top. It comes with a bunch of accessories. I think the cutest thing is the little fishing pond. It also has some color change elements (putting grill marks on the little food). It comes with a couple little containers of dough to make your own play food. This arrives in a really big box. My girls both love Barbie, and they were thrilled to get this big set! This would make a great birthday or Christmas gift. It has a bunch of little pieces, so it shouldn't be given to a child that still puts things in their mouth.I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!
