It’s functionally is perfect it fits perfectly in any room or kitchen the design is exactly what I expected. Easy installation.

I purchased the 6 bottle capacity wine cellar with the mirror front, model BD60316 in 2022. Had no issues what so ever until a few days ago I noticed the front panel LED lights are no longer working. Fridge still seems to maintain temp. However, I took one star away because the 844 help number listed on the manual is a joke and none of the other B+D 800 numbers are able to assist. They will only refer me back to the 844 number. I'm only needing trouble shooting assistance. Geez!Edit: After further review next day, the LED lights are out because the unit has stopped working. The wine bottles in the unit are now room temp. Disappointing, because I really liked this one. Down to 3 stars instead of 4 because the unit should have lasted more than 2 years.

Purchased this "used" unit from the Amazon Warehouse that was described as having "minor cosmetic damage in the interior" and rated "Acceptable". I felt the discounted price offered was very good for issues that were not visible or would affect performance. However, when I unpacked it, there was also a quite noticeable exterior dent (that I can't believe was missed on inspection). Not really wanting the hassle of repacking the wine fridge and hauling to the closest UPS store about 15 miles from my home, I called Amazon Customer Service to inquire about an additional discount to compensate for the exterior damage that was not disclosed on the web site. The agent was not able to authorize my request and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she advised I must write an email to Amazon Customer Service and open an investigation. Before writing, I decided to test to see if the cooler was even worth keeping. The digital thermostat doesn't always work properly. The temperature display randomly changes from Fahrenheit to Celsius when the door is opened/closed and adjusts the temperature displayed down by one degree. It takes a few tries to readjust the temperature to the correct setting for it to stick. Once set, temp is fairly accurate within 1-2 degrees (I have a refrigerator thermometer inside to monitor). Every 10-12 hours or so, the display will again go down by one degree and doesn't go back up to desired setting unless reset manually. At the right price, I could live with these issues knowing I can make the adjustment as this is a short term storage solution for me. However, I have not received a response to the email I sent, and another Amazon Customer Service Agent, via Chat, said this wine cooler did not qualify for an additional reduction because it was an "Amazon Warehouse" item. So it will probably go into the landfill much sooner than it needs to.
