If you're like me, and mid afternoon rolls around, and your starting to get hungry but you realize your thick juicy costco steaks are your freezer, and they will never thaw in time....well, that's when this comes in mighty handy. Set your frozen steak on it, flip it every 20 to 30 minutes or not, and in 2 hours your frozen 1.5 inch + tsteak will be ready for the grill. My freezer is a very cold place. When my steaks come out of there, they are harder than woodpecker lips. 2 hours on this defroster plate and you're firing up the grill. Zip can't tell you how may times I went without because I knew there was no way to safely defrost my meat in a couple hours. So, I picked this little number up and those nights without are a thing of the past. If you have ever bought a slab of new York's, filets, porterhouse', or ribeye's at Costco, you know how thick those beauties are. This defroster plate will have you grilling in 2 hours. I'm keeping it, and it's getting worked!

Durable prep trays for grilling. Raised edges reduces spilling. Great for prep meats & vegetables for the grill and to use after. High quality. Use in dishwasher.

These are great trays. I bought these for food prep for our BBQ grill. It fits a good amount of food. 3 hamburgers, 6 hot dogs and rolls. I liked them so much, i bought them for gifts.

Haven't used them yet, but they seem nice!I will say that the one set I bought, the more expensive set, was a little misleading in that I thought BOTH trays were deeper, not just the red one. I would not have bought this set if I had realized that before purchasing (I would have just stuck to the first set with both pans being thin).
