Ez install quite and works great!!! I have an older mobile home and this was a direct fit to my system. I have now bought two times for my other home and always a home run!!!

I bought this replacement fan motor for my 50-year-old Leigh 7.5-inch bathroom fan to avoid replacing the entire unit and modifying the attic vent pipe. I just had to drill two holes in the old bracket for proper installation. Works great.

Si el motor es para remplazar deben especificar la fijación y medida de la helice y su eje, seria muy buena ayuda antes de comprar

I needed a replacement motor for my old bathroom exhaust fan. The first motor this seller sent was missing the fan blade and they sent a replacement motor immediately, before receiving the return. To make the motor work, I had a machine shop fabricate a new mounting bracket out of flat stock to replace the old broken aluminum pot metal bracket on the old fan. When the new motor arrived, I whittled down the ABS fan blade using a fat tip sharpie marker and sharp scissors. Next, I cut down the old spindle shaft and used an angle grinder to shave it down so the fan blade could slide over it with no problems (otherwise the blade will stress fracture or just break when you push it on). This allowed me to push the blade closer to the motor, so the top of the curved blades wouldn't hit the flaps that open up when the fan is on to allow steam to escape. I acquired extra nuts, including lock nuts and lock washers so I could raise the motor above the flat stock bracket. This allowed me to insert a new bolt into the old spot where the old cover mounts over the ceiling tiles to hide the fan apparatus from site. I used a lock washer and lock nut to hold that bolt onto the flat stock. I pushed the motor in place to make sure the hand-spun blades weren't going to hit anything, then pulled it out to oil the flaps above. I had already acquired several lengths of machine screws with lock washers and socket heads so I could use a socket ratchet to screw them in rather than a screwdriver. After a lot of effort and many cuss words, it all came together and worked beautifully. This is the first time this bathroom has had a fan in decades. No more mold and mildew on the windows in surrounding bedrooms! And I didn't have to rip out the old ceiling tiles in this 1960s era mobile home, which would have been a much bigger project, trust me on that!

Was doing some renovations on a mobile home built in the late 1970s. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. Installed this replacement and it works like new.
