So let's get one thing straight right out of the gate. Bolo ties have a long and prominent history in the Southwest. They run the gamut from junk costing a few buck to works of art costing thousands of dollars. They can be worn on any occasion, pairing equally as well with a sweat-stained work shirt as with a formal tuxedo. That's not hyperbole.So obviously I don't know why you're interested in a bolo tie. Could be for fun (more likely at this price), could be for real. This is a fun, cheap bolo tie, more at the sweat-stained work shirt end of the spectrum. It's actually well made for the price and is as the pictures says it is. The cord is woven "leather;" doesn't feel too great, but it will work. I like the detail on the metal ends, pictured above. We'll see how long they stay on.The only thing I didn't like is that the clasp is pretty small. You can see it above, next to my 44mm Galaxy watch. Yeah, it's about the size of a medium to larger watch. Really needs to be a bit bigger to be a proper bolo. But like I said, you aren't paying much, so you shouldn't be too terribly surprised or disappointed. I'd say this would be perfect for a kid or a smaller woman. For a man, ehh, it will work but not for anything formal.

I original selected this item for a Halloween item. Thinking it was made out of cheap stamped metal that is ultra light weight and it would be tossed away after the holiday. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case with this! The leather straps ending in the metal ends are great and well made. I would love the ends to have been a bit heavier. I had some issues getting everything straightened out when I first opened it.That is no longer the case. I love how the golden J stands out on the necktie I selected, I have worn it to work a few times now and I continue to plan on wearing it other occasions. The size and shape are perfect and fit just right around a collared shirt.

This bolo tie is better than I expected. It’s made well and has some weight to it. It has a fancy look to it that makes it look more pricey than it is. I like the design which makes this piece stand out. I am going to use this as part of my Halloween costume. I think it will go nicely with the other accessories. I’ve never tied one of these before but with a short YouTube video I figured out how. This one was pretty easy to work with. Overall a good product and worth buying.

This Cowboy tie looks exactly like the picture. Great quality. A decent size. Easy to adjust & works well. Doesn't weigh heavy but enough to where it's not moving too much. My father loves it!
