Love the bumbo! Perfect for when my daughter began sitting and I started introducing new foods to her. Easy to get her in and out of. I also use it to place suction cup toys to the tray to create an activity station for her to play at.

It was very disappointing that they claim that it fits up to a 12 month old babies, but my 4 month didn’t fit. If I could give it zero starts I would, just because of false advertising.

Second Update: My grandson is 3 1/2 months old and weighs 13.4 pounds (yeah, he's a big guy!). We were so excited to have this for him. However, even now it's a tight fit and there's no way he'll be comfortable in it as he grows. It never occurred to me that this would be too small, as it's described to be suitable for babies from 3-12 months. Not sure what I'm going to do with it. Maybe donate it to a daycare.This is an updated review. The original one is below. This company's customer service is truly amazing, especially considering the volume of online purchases made every day by millions of people. Within minutes of my request to return the seat, they offered me a discount on the tray-less seat (which adds up to exactly what it will cost to buy a separate tray), thus eliminating a trip to UPS. Very impressed!Original: SUPER disappointed! My 4-month-old grandson LOVES to be "in the mix" with everyone else and I know he'll love this. But I want the option of using a tray, since he'll be able to coordinate his arms and hands pretty soon. So, back it goes. :(

I purchased this seat as a recommendation from a friend and we use it all the time for my 5 month old. The seat is very sturdy, so it provides great support for my baby to practice sitting up. The seat comes with a seatbelt so he is safely strapped in. I also love how it comes with a tray so he can easily play with toys and also eat food. Perfect alternate to a high chair. Definitely would recommend!
