I got the smaller size but it is still large enough for 2 lovebirds to fit inside comfortably. My two lovebirds had a bedtime hut but it got so old and it was time for a replacement and now this is the new bedtime hut for Lilly and Willy, now that’s kind of silly 🙃

My Sun Conure absolutely loves this nest. He sleeps inside laying down on his belly Now instead of standing up all night long. I was sold by fraud a baby conure with a totally broken toe during the pandemic, and it has a hard time walking and standing compared to normal. I did not see the bird out of the travel bag he was sold in at the ferry dock on Whidbey Island. The baby bird was bald on a third of its body and needed hand feeding for months afterwards. None of this was agreed to. She said take the bird out of the travel bag when you get on the ferry so I would not figure out that I was scammed until it was too late. If I had taken the bird out of the travel bag on the ferry as instructed with a destroyed toe it would have landed in the water for sure.The bird could not rest without sleeping on one foot, a sign of danger for birds. Now he sleeps happily on his belly and is unbelievably better by taking the weight off its foot to sleep. He wakes up happy and playful now.I had to put him in the nest after holding him to get him to try it because he refused to go in and screamed for days to take it out. He refused to use the coconut shell nest too that I tried before so it was hard at first to get him to like it. Now he sleeps and lays down in the nest all the time.My bird is so happy he lets me pet him inside the nest and just lays there like a cat or a dog does and never complains or resists territorially. I have never seen him so happy and content now that he gets a good night's rest and can lay down whenever he needs a rest.The nest may look goofy like it was made for human babies, but it is really soft and warm with a large opening, so it works better than I imagined possible.For under $25 this is worth the money because it is probably the best nest on amazon. I searched a long time on amazon before deciding to buy this nest and have no regrets whatsoever. It is very well made and durable with strong hanging chains that do not break. My conure has broken most of the chains on his amazon bought toys and this nest has chains to last.Now he wants a female Sun Conure to go with the nest in his huge cage that was once owned by an African Grey and is loaded with toys ropes, walkways, countless natural wood perches, and six food bowls.My bird loves the bells and mirrors the most as the chew toys are long gone and completely destroyed. The bells ring all day long, so he does not get bored and only yells at me to give him hugs, especially early in the morning. He is a loving and happy well-adjusted bird now.

This Bird Nest is very well made, no hanging cottons. Warm and cozy for my cockatiel.

Update: I purchased two more of these which it has been a couple of years since I purchased my last two, and the new ones are much smaller. I was pretty disappointed because they are just too small. My green cheeks really enjoyed the one that was bigger . Why not make the other size anymore?? It was such a great product and perfect size! The next size up that they use to sell would fit 1-2 green cheeks comfortably, a cockatiel, probably 4-5 parakeets. It was also a perfect nesting box. My birds have all neared in theirs. I’ll have to find a different product if they don’t bring back the bigger hut. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BIGGER SIZE THAT YOU USE TO SELL!!!!This is a great size tent for quakers, green cheek conures, and any other small bird. My birds love this! It’s very sturdy and super soft! My little guy keeps rubbing how cheeks all over the floor inside his tent because he likes how it feels lol.. my guy normally doesn’t like enclosures but this one he took to immediately ☺️
