This was about $14 and the low price shows. It burnt badly the first time I used it and I can't scour the burnt section off.Not worth it.

The three stars are for that it is a quart sized pot, convenient for boiling water and functional for the use shown, although cheaply made and overly lightweight, with the handle shorter appearing than the perspective in the picture. An earlier buy on Amazon is another of the same size, heavier and a longer handle. My seeking to buy another of the same, I found this at its cost commensurate with the current market I find here and in stores, considerably greater price than any or every market my old-age has spanned for my domestic budget. Days of using the pot daily for boiling water prove the lighter construction holds up to high heat and occasional setting it back on a very hot element.
