This was a gift and it fits perfectly, nicely made with lots of pockets and keeps my wife warm in 20 degree weather. She’s very happy with this Parker.

Most definitely water proof, but the Ames kept catching while I was shifting gears on a forklift. This is only ment for the winter, because it will keep all the heat you generate inside. The extra pockets come in handy as well.

I bought this to replace a similar jacket that had a broken zipper. This jacket keeps me just as warm but I wish it fit more snug around my neck when fully zippered up. I like the full insulated hood. It fits great around my torso but a bit large on top. ( not out for a fashion statement). This one is also a little longer than my previous jacket. Like that better. Would recommend. Wind resistant, good function and waterproof. Lightweight. Not as heavy as my other.
