These fit my son perfectly. He is small but long. I will update this as he gets some wear in while practicing and playing football.

My son plays youth football. Got a size Large waist is a 32” Perfect fit not thick very light weight feel for under his pants stretchy pads are perfect

You get what you pay for! Do not buy this! I purchased two girdles for my son for pop Warner football and within a little over 30 days from first buying them they both ripped in the crotch part where the base of the cup sits. Material is super thin. What are the chances of one ripping, but two a few days apart from each other? In my opinion the high rating for this is probably the price. It didn’t even last half the season. I wish I would have paid a little more and bought the more reputable brand. I contacted the seller and attempted to get a swap for two new ones hoping they’d stand by their product and they passed the buck. They referred me to the makers of it. I sent them an inquiry and they never responded. Buy at your own risk. At least if you’re going to buy it, get it at an actual physical store where you can talk to someone when it rips.
