Nice piece of workout equipment to have at home for those that have a pull-up bar or dip rack or similar. This one was very affordable and as far as I can tell works just as well as the more expensive ones. I think the belt works fine for most that would actually use this type of belt. Having said that, it does seem like the circumference of the belt with chain and weights together could be pretty tight for someone a little bigger around the waist. You need to use the chain to cinch the belt around your waist with weight hanging down so the chain has to loop. Well under 20 bucks is a deal for you home gymers. Pull-ups are tough. Weighted pull-ups can be downright hard.

My initial thoughts are that the quality seems like it will hold up good. It was pretty self explanatory and didn't have any issue holding two 25 pound plates at a time and doing a few sets of pullups with it. Definitely more comfortable and probably safer to use than my home brew setup I've been using for years which is basically a cheap leather belt with a thick chain and d-ring. I look forward to using it more and think that it should hold up well for a long time. The chain is just some zinc plated chain, not some galvanized marine grade chain or anything but lets get real. If you want to swap out your chain you can easily do that.It would be nice if they included some instructions and maybe some exercise ideas for people that are just getting started.It would be nice if they included some instructions and maybe some exercise ideas for people that are just getting started.
