I'm rating 3 out of 5.Overall, it's a good product. I bought it bc my washer and dryer will be in my kitchen for now and this laundry sorter is just the right size to not take up so much room in my kitchen. The plastic that looks like small strips of wood on the shelf part is screwed in from the bottom using small screws that just fall out. I've got 3 young kids living with me so that could be dangerous. I will be replacing those plastic pieces with something the screws can actually screw into, like ply wood. Aside from that small but huge issue. It's small, cute, and sturdy.

Item purchased: 34"L x 11.8"W x 70.9"H (2 bag sorter)-Arrived quick, and was packaged well-Really easy to assemble by one person and manual instructions were really easy to follow-Wheels rotate and glide with ease. Same can be said for the sliding tray that holds up the laundry bags.-The laundry bags themselves are made of thin material, so I don't really trust them to hold a very heavy load-One of the laundry bags was slightly ripped at the bottom (see images), but it was fixable with a quick manual stitch.-I do wish the ends of the hanging pole were designed with some sort of rubber cap/stopper that prevents items from sliding off

I’m not gonna lie, when it first arrived I was missing a piece from the set but after I got it replaced, the instructions were super easy to follow and i was able to build it under 30 minutes.

Product came not in its original packaging with screws all over the place inside of an unlabeled box with all the parts scattered all in the box with the parts having scratches all over them. And parts that look like they have been used previously like I have received a refurbished or used product that someone previously had. Terrible packaging and parts don’t look new with the bag that the parts were probably in ripped open by somebody else and the instruction booklet came dirty with creased pages. Very disappointed! Was expecting a new product to put together. Didn’t have all the screws and had 3 screws that didn’t even belong with the product. Have missing parts along with it. It looks like a bunch of used parts were thrown into a box carelessly. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and won’t be assembled in time since I didn’t get all the parts and the parts I did receive look used and all scratched up.
