I use these with so many pendants. The clasp is a neat design and I even though I thought I would need help with it, it clicks in nicely without catching my hair. It's hard to explain unless you enlarge the photo of the clasp. The clasp design is neat because it is the same thickness as the necklace. Not like a clasp piece (a jump ring) that is too large for your pendant to slide onto the necklace chain. The quality is great and they have been sweated on, worn in the rain and in the high heat without any issues. Highly recommended.

I ordered the 2mm, 20” cord. However, when I put it on, it was definitely too long. When I tried to unclasp the cord, it was really hard to do. After finally getting the cord off, I measured it and found it was actually 21”. So, I plan to return this one and order an 18” cord hoping it is actually 19”. The 2mm cord is also very slim so I'll try the 3mm size. Hopefully, the 2nd try will be what I'm looking for.Update: Here is what I sent to the seller:Hello…I ordered the IOYYIO Flexible Waterproof Braided Leather Necklace Cord Chain for Men Women, 2MM/3MM Rope Chain for Pendant 16" 18" 20" 22" 24" 26" 28" 30" 32" (Gift Box.) I ordered the 2MM 20” cord, but it is 21” which is too long. I want to return the one I received and purchase a shorter one. Since the 20” was 21”, would the 18” actually be 19”? I will also probably order the 3mm rather than the 2mm cord.And here is the reply from the seller:Yes, we originally followed the standard size, but I don't know why many buyers feedback that it's too short, so we made the actual size 1 inch bigger. The 3MM is also the same 1 inch bigger, 3MM is suitable for men to carry. Tip: If you want the rope to soften quickly, you can soak it in water for about ten minutes and then take it out. thank you for your purchase.So, I purchased the 3mm 18” option and it is 19” long which works for me. The clasp on this one is also much easier to open, but also stays closed until I choose to open it. I also like that I can wear it all the time including when I'm in the pool or shower. It is very sturdy and comfortable to wear.

Great quality necklace cord - have worn it in all conditions, in water, in heat, humidity, everywhere. It's still going strong and in excellent condition after over a year.Can also loop it through any pendant you like and it will look very stylish. Highly recommended

i waited a couple months to write this review so I could see how well the necklace cord held up after weeks of constant wear. I bought mine to hold a little pendant someone gifted me; it might be the Buddha on there, but it could just as easily be some guy who delivers mail in Sri Lanka. Either way, it's a cool little pendant and I wanted to put it on something that would hold it securely.This cord works perfectly for that. When it first arrived, it seemed a little stiff and "plastic-y," but even then it *looked* like high quality leather. After a few days it lost most of that stiffness and began feeling more like a genuine leather cord. The only real noticeable difference? This on -- unlike leather -- is waterproof and most everything else-proof as well. After two months, I can't see any signs of wear. And I even sleep/shower/swim with the thing on.I'm guessing that *eventually* it'll wear out and I'll have to replace it. But based on the wear so far, that could be a year or two, or maybe more, away. Finally, the packaging is great and the little starfish mentioned by others is a nice touch. Also, the clasp is pure genius! Very sturdy and secure, but at the same time small and unobtrusive. It really is a nice bit of engineering.Overall, this is a great product for the money.
