These pants have a nice fit around a full bottom and plenty stretch.

Fits quite large. I ordered a 22W and this size is usually a bit snug on me- I was half expecting them to be a bit small. They are large enough that I will need a belt, but can still be worn without looking silly. For the sale price I got them at I would say I have no regrets, would recommend ordering a size down from your usual size.

Don’t pay any attention to Amazon’s size suggestion. I’m 5’2” and 120 pounds and a 6 short is perfect! Amazon keeps telling me I need a size 10 - not helpful!These pants are a perfect fit, including a waist that actually fits instead of requiring a belt to keep them from sliding down my hips. They have lots of pockets, including a good thigh pocket for my phone. The fabric is light and breathable in the desert heat.

Columbia’s reputation for style and quality is embodied in these slacks. Several nice, deep pockets, one of them zippered. Reinforced crotch so no worries about rips in embarrassing places while hiking. Light-weight fabric is cool, but still quality. I was drawn to this product for the ‘comfort waistband,’ but the waistband has no stretch whatsoever, hence the four stars. (It’s just a standard waistband that closes with a button.) These slacks would be equally suitable in the office, or on the trail.
