It's actually a pretty quality strap some people might find it a little tight but it's comfortable

Love it!!I’ve tried a full mask and a nose mask, both were torture devices, now that I found this nose pillow mask I can finally sleep.I’m not going to lie, at first my nose had a burning sensation but two nights in and that is going away.Oh and just my opinion, stay with the ResMed AirFit brand, quality made product!!

I have tried every style of mask and hose and always end up stopping after a couple of weeks. I was in the hospital and they insisted I go back on my CPAP and I started using nasal pillows. I’d always avoided pillows because it looked uncomfortable. This is the most comfortable, quiet, no strong wind blowing on my husband mask that I’ve ever used. I can even wear my glasses with it. I really like that. There are three sizes of nasal pillows that come with us. I highly recommend it.
