My daughter is very picky so when she first saw it she didn't like it, but eventually wore it inside the house when she saw her sisters doing the same with their new swimsuits. I like that it offers more covering while also being very flattering with the color and the shoulder frills. My daughter is 8 going on 9 and is more slender and thin but this fits her well. It being long sleeved isn't a cover n since when the sleeves are wet it will offer more protection from the sun and when she is wet she will be cooler from the wet sleeves

That long-sleeved swimsuit with shorts and a skirt sounds adorable. The material is really comfortable against delicate skin. It's great that it fits your little one perfectly. Long sleeves are so practical for sun protection, too. Perfect for a fun day at the beach or pool!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bathing suit!!! My daughter likes to have 2-piece bathing suits so it's easier when using the bathroom at the pool. I was trying to search for bathing suits that were separate piece, but ALSO had long sleeves and a skirted bottom. I was so excited when I found this.1.) The design and colors are adorable and vibrant. The fabric is soft and silky, perfect for getting wet but drying quickly.2.) She just turned 7 and is average size with a slim waist. I chose to go with the "6-7 Years" size even though I always purchase a size up. I am glad I didn't - the 6-7 fits her with a little room to grow.Overall, it is a great set and the quality is wonderful. I would 100% recommend this to any parent wanting more coverage for their child.

I think that this is a lovely long sleeve girls 2 piece swimsuit/ rash guard. It is made well and sized properly. The pattern is really pretty and the material is soft, stretchy, and comfortable to wear. It offers great coverage in the sun. It dries quickly. It washes well. It is perfect for pool, beach, and water park days.

During a Spring Break trip for the family, this swimsuit was finally used. The long sleeves were perfect because being early April, the ocean still has a chill to it. The top was a perfect fit. The bottoms, which are shorts with an attached skirt, were a little baggy, and knee length. Not really a complaint since that extra room acted as insulation from the colder water. But something to be aware of when ordering. For those looking for a modest suit, this certainly fits the bill. It is also ideal for the fair skinned and sun conscious. The five year old donut fanatic loved it. I imagine a slightly older child might take issue with a knee-length bathing suit.
