My Jeep 42re transmission was not wanting to shift outta 1st gear. This little spring fixed it right up. Shifts like a champ nowl When I got the old spring out...it was broken. Pretty simple fix actually.

This will not last long, bought to replace but not needed, beware this spring is no where the same gauge of metal

I purchased because I was replacing the trans filter and this is a common problem. Mine was broken glad I had this. Appeared to be the same. Just dropped a pan and checked. It's still in one piece.
