Originally was gifted the smaller size which worked so well that I purchased this larger unit. Retired single guy that only cooks for one and this fit the bill very well. Fried eggs, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, etc. All perfect and very easy clean up.

Hate having to return anything, but don't advertise in the description "Non-stick coated cooking plates, easy to remove and clean" when there not. Didn't find this out until I cooked a grilled cheese sandwich, that wasn't to my liking it grilled the bread but at the same time it steamed the sandwich, which kinda of left it soggy not wet, wet but not crisp. And just the weight of the top plate flattened the two pieces of bread to about a 1/2 " So a sreamed flat grilled sandwich. went back to the frying pan method. Tried pancakes another fail. Wish I had a positive note to end on.

this is a nice griddle. no controls but burge cooks in 8 minutes. grilled cheese in 4-5 mins. LOVE IT

It would be nice if it had some controls for the time and heat and the worst thing is the cleaning , it says not to wash it or clean it !
