My daughter has 10 pairs of these! they are by far her favorite workout shorts for cheer! she can go between a M and L but just depends on how your little girls likes them. She has both sizes, The wear and tear are amazing for them!

Kids don’t want the dance shirts or bras to be too thin or transparent so this is great because the material is breathable yet thick and durable. Doesn’t feel cheap. There are some less expensive items but my kids won’t wear them.

Bought these for my child for cross country. They work great. My child also states they're comfortable and cute.

My 11yo has 4 pairs of size large. She wears them for volleyball and said she loves the way they feel.
