This does cover cantilevered umbrellas with plenty of space. I used this on a two-tier 9 foot round and there's plenty of gap for thicker or taller versions. But as a 6'1" tall person, I have some challenge getting this up and over and onto the umbrella. I have another cover over a 9 foot square that's easier to put on and doesn't have as much sag or gap, but then again it was designed for that specific size and shape whereas this is a generic cover for multiple sizes and shapes.The pole provided to help lift the cover over the top is some cut pieces of PVC pipes and connectors. Yeah, I thought this was a pretty cheap and DYI solution. Once assembled, you jam it into that sleeve sewed on the inside of the cover. It flexes a bit as this cover is kind of heavy, but it does the job. And then you can just about stuff the pieces into that sleeve for storage. I've had to do a game of pick-up a couple of times as some of the PVC pieces tumbled about when I opened it. The fabric is indeed thick with a dense weave and the zipper is hefty and operates smoothly without snagging.The bottom doesn't have any way to cinch it closed. The elastic hem just hangs open; I'm not sure why they designed it to be so wide. I tied the zipper pull string onto the base pedal, just to be sure it doesn't flap around excessively or potentially blow off the umbrella entirely.I dock a total of one star for the difficulty of installing, the hokiness of the lifting pole, and the rather wide hem. This is a functional cantilever umbrella cover that should perform as advertised, but you do get what you pay for and there are some cut corners and blandness to it. The other cover that fits better and is easier to use does cost more than twice this one, so I can't fault it too much for being so generic at this low price point.

I needed a cover for my tiki umbrella but the traditional sizes were not enough. This one is wide and long enough. Plus the extension works great.

This didn’t work for me because I’m too short and could never get it onto my umbrella but the quality was good and had it been easier to get on and off I would’ve kept it.
