I’m a carpenter so install was very easy, no instructions needed. You will need a diamond hole saw if you don’t already have a hole predrilled for it. It works like it should and is a very clean look without having soap containers on the counter. It pumps out soap with zero issues. I have the hose running into a 4 litre jug of dish soap.

Llego en muy buen estado, muy facil de instalar y funcionando al 100% se entiende que no son de mucha duracion pero son buenos para estarse cambiando periodicamente, buen precio!

es un muy buen producto, nosotros utilizamos el dispensador directamente de la botella de jabón y funciona de maravilla, a mi no me molesta que la marca este en el tope del dispensador y el color no se a maltratado aunque esta continuamente en contacto con agua y jabón. Lo volvería a comprar

Es un sistema agradable, no se ha tenido problemas con su funcionamiento después de 6 meses, se optó por utilizarlo directamente con con una botella de 4L en vez del depósito que viene incluido sin afectar su función, la manguera tiene suficiente longitud, recomendado.

I used this dispenser for about a year and was very happy with its performance. It stopped working after I returned from a trip lasting several weeks. I contacted the supplier who, within hours, made some suggestions which did not work. In the end the supplier sent me a free replacement which I have just installed and it is working perfectly. I use the long hose to pump the detergent from a large bottle under the sink.

The threaded parts are plastic, with the male thread measuring very close to 1.000" major diameter when the battery in my caliper died. So, unfortunately, I don't have a highly accurate measurement for the retention nut and washer, but they're just a bit under 2" diameter. That dimension may be more critical than the 2.5" bottle diameter in some cases.If you have access to hole punches (typically used by electricians), they're a very easy way to put holes in thin stainless steel. The one I have are not intended for stainless steel, but went through 20 gauge stainless steel remarkably quickly and easily. I used a step drill to produce an initial 1/2" hole (because stainless work hardens, you will want to use low speed, a lot of force on the bit, and some cutting oil). I then used a punch for 1/2" trade size conduit (0.840" OD), producing a hole around 0.882" diameter. I then used a punch for 3/4" trade size conduit (1.050" OD) producing a hole around 1.110" diameter, which is not excessive. (The spec'd hole size is 1 - 1.5"). Drilling the 1/2" hole, and then cleaning up the debris took considerably longer than the 2 punching operations.I wish this product had more metal parts, but the quality seems generally decent. Unfortunately, the company logo (etched?) on the top of the pump (at least on the chrome version), is not done very neatly. In my opinion it shouldn't be there (it's not shown in the photos in the amazon listing), or if they insist on putting in there is should present a much neater appearance. Finally, the rubbery "stopper" that is supposed to prevent stuff from getting into the detergent bottle is a bit too small for the 4.27 liter container of Palmolive sold at Costco. 4 stars seems slightly generous, it's not a bad product, but it's not a great product.

Looks good but doesn’t work properly. If you’re using this for dish liquid, forget it. It constantly loses the prime and you’re pumping 6 or 7 times to try to get anything out, then when you do, you need to pump 6 or 7 times again to get sufficient soap to wash with. Maybe if you’re using it for hand soap it might work, but not for dish soap. Even with the large size bottle under my sink it’s useless. We’ve stopped using it and went back to a bottle of dish soap. Great idea but very poorly implemented.

Fue muy sencillo instalar y funciona perfecto. Si se concta a bote grande de shampoo hay que presionar repetidas veces para que fluya.

Excelente calidad y súper útil . Muy fácil de instalar . Al principio no salía el jabón , pero una vez que ya salió no hubo ningún problema. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
