I received my order and two holders were broken. I emailed customer service and they responded promptly stating they would mail out a replacement. One week later I received an entire sign holder replacement pack! The sign holders work perfectly for what I needed them for and great customer service to boot!

These are just as they're shown in the photos. The plastic isn't super thin, I don't anticipate them cracking with use. They come with a LOT of little 2 sided tape tabs for mounting, which is very handy, as well. They're packaged in a way that keeps them safe in transit, too, unlike some plastic items that I've ordered and have received cracked or with bashed in corners. Really happy with these.

These are solid and allow for easy install to advertise your product. Two sided tape allows for fast and easy install on any surface, no screw holes. Great value.

I thought that these would be a full sheet of plastic on both front and back, but quickly realized that would make them too heavy & would fall off the wall really fast. So far I haven't tested the mounting strips, but I've used these before & you have to be careful with textured walls, so they aren't a forever solution, but it's nice that they are included.I did not realize that they can only display sheets in horizontal/landscape format, because both sides are open and if hung vertically, all the paper would fall out. I'm glad I opened the box before I got too far with making my signs! Otherwise they're working perfectly for what I needed: to protect some homemade paper signs from the elements without spending a ton of cash.

UPDATE:I've lowered this review from 4 stars to 3 stars, because (within the span of only a few days) 1/3 of these have fallen off of the wall. The 3M strips look solid, but they're merely a thin layer of adhesive fixed to a cushioned pad. I suspect the remaining plates will eventually fall from the wall as well. While I still think the plates themselves are above average, the poor grips they come with deserve mentioning (especially since they present as wildly competent). So if buying, be prepared to supply higher quality adhesive strips, or glue these to the wall.ORIGINAL REVIEW:There's a lot to consider with this purchase. And both the description and photos here make for more confusion than they should. So let's walk what's worth knowing. Most importantly, these are HORIZONTAL frames. Most of the photos may show vertical frames, but all 12 of these are indeed horizontal (so your best bet is to use them with landscape prints). But I needed (and used) them for portrait prints though, and (despite the paper trying to slide out during placement on the wall) the sheets stay in place just fine once hung. These arrived mildly arched due to packaging, and have stayed that way despite my attempts at working them back to a flat state. There are some light scratches on some of the plates. The degree of give where you insert the paper does vary from plate to plate. These things are somewhat glossy, so lighting could make your sign hard to read, depending on placement. Swapping sheets in and out of these once they're on the wall is going to be a process. And more than $3 per plate is a tad pricey in my opinion.Still, I'm rather happy with the end result these deliver. Yes, there are some negatives. Yes, the description and photos are something of a mess here. But (apart from the horizontal orientation) these do exactly what I hoped they would; delivering visual "pop" to the sheets I put within them. The gloss isn't terrible at most angles. The faint scratches (and unavoidable fingerprinting) are incredibly hard to notice once hung. And, despite the thick 3M strips these attach with, they lay pretty flat on the wall. The main reason I'm giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is the price point; meaning most of the negatives I mention here aren't deal-breakers. I'd recommend them to most anyone, even those planning on placing vertically-printed sheets in them. Though you may want to wait until they go on sale, because $40 for a pack of 12 isn't a great deal; especially when considering that there are grip inconsistencies from plate to plate, and errors in both the photos and description.
