I installed this unit after grinding out.5" of stone material.The unit is powerful. The fans are audible but not in any way a problem. The wiring was simple, but do install if you're not comfortable working with electricity.The burners pulse more than other units but I've had no issues adjusting to the differences. Vert useful timer function for cooking grains, rice, boiled eggs,...etc.It beeps after completed cooking to alert of hot surfaces.One button boil function...(fast to boil)The glass seems to be durable but as always, don't drop glass on it. I've read others have broken the unit by dropping a spice jar on it.Induction cooktop require compatible magnetic pots and pans. Get a good set and stop trying to use your old ones so you don't blow the fuse and cook the board. Just sayin.Bon appetite.

it is an amazing unit.it replaced an electric cooktop the former owner had and being an amateur chef, electric sucks! The new Empava was easily wired since the existing electric was 30-40amp so all we had to do was switch out a breaker, unhook the cooktop, drop in the induction as the space was a perfect fit and hook up the wires.my wife is not a foodie but is loving fish, meat, chicken, eggs, sauces etc etc for its taste and quick cooking time.I would recommend this product. the higher priced name brands are just that.higher priced due to name.yay, empava!

This Empava 36 inch electric induction cooktop is by far the best stove I have ever owned. I would love to give it more than five stars. For those who are not familiar with "induction" you should know that you must have induction compatible pots. And to the Empava Company, the controls should be less sensitive. Lightly wiping over the controls sets off beeps, which happen when the controls are set or changed. People who are hearing impaired would likely not know they have changed the settings. For me this is not a real problem. This stove heats lightening fast, and yet it is not at all dangerous, because the stove itself does not get very hot, it just heats the pot!!! Because it heats so fast, so that you don't spend a lot of time cooking, it will probably pay for itself in electricity savings. I have had gas stoves, electric with coils, and electric smooth top, but this Empava outshines everything else. I have read reviews saying they were paid or encouraged to give good reviews, but no one has tried to influence me. I simply love this stove!!!!

El producto se encontraba defectuoso. El vidrio de cerámica no estaba plano , jamás se pudo colocar en una base .

Es la segunda placa que compro, la primera la tuve que regresar porque a los 15 dias presento un led fundido en uno de los indicadores de potencia de un quemador, la devolucion fue sencilla me gusto el diseño los acabados y por eso le di una nueva oportunidad a la marca y compre nuevamente el mismo modelo, llevo casi un mes usandolo y sin problemas

La estufa está hermosa, de buen tamaño para un espacio pequeño. Estesistema y el material de ese tipo de estufas me gusta mucho, son muy prácticas y sobre todo muy fácil de limpiar. El único detalle en mi cocina es que el aire caliente lo suelta hacia abajo y calienta un poco los utensilios, así que hay que tomar en cuenta este dato al momento de diseñar el espacio para colocarla.
