I thought I'd try a set of brushes to get an additional sound on the cajon - they are great! SO MUCH easier on my hands than playing bare-handed. You can still get a good bass thump by using the rubber part, even with the brushes pulled out. I am not likely go to back to playing bare-handed from now on!

Regalo molto apprezzato per un amico batterista, per suonare il cajón soft. Consegna veloce. Consiglio a tutti, perfecto per suonare con il cajón e non solo.

Funcionan muy bien en el cajon y tambien se pueden usar en bateria para un sonido mas blando y ligero.La calidad es buena como en todo producto meinl..

I bought these drum sticks to use with a cahon, and they are ideal. The ability to change the length of the brushes allows a variety of sounds to be produced. The are robust and easy to store, and the plastic bristles are soft but hardy . My only tiny negative observation is that the round handles can turn in the fingers whilst playing but, once aware of that, it is easily overcome. However, oblong or square handle profile might be better. Despite that, still delighted with them and the range of effects they allow me to produce.
