Bought a heated gilet before and it was terrible. However this one is a different beast altogether. Fits well, zip quality seems great, it looks good, and it actually works. Can feel the warmth a few seconds after turning it on and it keeps you warm. I used it under my cycling jacket when commuting in -7c and I was toasty warm the whole time. Great product at a reasonable price.

Good quality vest. Sizing was accurate. Very warm without even turning it on. Works really well when you do turn it on

I absolutely love this vest it warms up quickly and is comfortable to wear. I would suggest you order one size larger than what you think you need

The first time I met heated vest was in army at year 2011, I loved it so much and had a thought of take home with me when I was finishing my service. But after my service, I didn't had chance to thinking of buy one.Now I work at plumbing company in Vancouver.The winter here is not as cold as up in north or Kootenay area I lived before. But still there are lots of rain and winds in winter rain season.I usually work in outdoor such as drainage jobs, flushing, and operating various machines to assist other plumbers. Until I received this product, long Jones and multiple layers of clothes were my best friend.To maximize effectiveness of this product, yes you still need to wear a jacket to hold heat your vest created. I know some people would cry 'what is the purpose of having heated vest if I need to wear another layer?!' but trust me, it's a whole different world after you experience it. It saves lots of energy from your body to produce heat, which really reduces your fatigue during cold weather outdoor work.It heats really fast to certain point you will feel it's actually warm, espically back collar heating is just gorgeous.Size could be little small for most majority North Americans if you thinking of US size. I think product is either EUR or JPN/KOR size. I had no issue as you see from my photos.Unfortunately you need to buy separate battery pack but there are many already on market, not as expensive like year 2013, smaller, and lighter. I use 20000mAh pack I got from Amazon before. This one is compact enough to go in pocket and keep my whole day staying warm. It's up to you for going bigger capacity bur size of pocket might give you a trouble.Lastly, it's little lame and disappointing that Fernida didn't included any user manual or product instruction about how to use(hold button 2-4 seconds until you see lights on), how to improve it's effectiveness, any special warning about using this product, and where to access if it damaged. Instead, they send me a washing bag that you can find in any dollar store.It's a great product overall and I would like to recommend everyone espically who loves outdoor activities or working in outdoor during winter. Just make sure you wear one additional jacket to hold the heat. And I hope Fernida will be more instructive to their customers.Cheers!

As it's been getting colder here, I was looking for something lightweight to keep my Torso warm. I've never had a heated jacket before so wasn't quite sure what to expect but I love this!>The vest comes in a plastic poly bag, heat sealed and folded over at the top>- The vest- A washing bag- Instruction manual>When I tried it on, it fit perfectly the first time so I was happy that the size chart matches the manufacturing. I didn't initially read the instructions, so was disappointed that it didn't turn on BUT as it turns out, you need to hold the button for a couple of seconds to turn it on. Read the instructions... After that, it got hot REALLY FAST. Fits nicely around the shoulders and arms, so you stay nice and work with total freedom of movement.>- Gets hot REALLY FAST- The vest fits perfectly- You can customize the heat seattings- Is washable- Is a very simple design and will go with a lot of different outfits>- The left pocket (where the power pack goes) could be a little bigger. There's not enough room for your hand AND the power pack- Not sure if it is totally waterproof, through it is the same fabric as other clothing I own which is water resistance>Overall I am really happy with this vest. It first great, and does exactly what you would expect for heated clothing.
