Always trust fluidmaster, this was no exception. Had to remove the bowl to have new flooring installed, these were a tad long, but it is what I bought them for! Bolted down and trimmed, great fit.

The bolts are fine but I like to use the washers and nuts to securely fasten the bolt to the flange, then it's easier to manuver the toilet over the bolts and set the toilet. The flimzy plastic washers won't accomplish that. Then I use 2 additional nuts and washers to hold the toilet down. They should include 2 more nuts and metal washers in the kit and charge another dime.
