I was disappointed in the color. The picture was a more vibrant blue. If I would have known it would be more grey I would have picked the green. Overall it was easy to put together and looks like it will be very useful for my puppy.

Our Pomeranian loves the car seat. My biggest concerns are the straps for safety. All you get is a shoulder strap to restrain the car seat. That’s not enough. It should have something to pull the seatbelt through for extra security.

We took our two Yorkies on a 1200+ mile road trip for the first time and this seat couldn’t have been more perfect! They are very small with a combined weight of about 8lbs and they fit perfectly. I bought a separate furry dog blanket to add a little more comfort plus a y-shaped leash extension so I could connect both dogs. They were very comfortable and were able to relax and sleep plus see out the windows when they wanted to. I’m so happy I paid a little more for this car seat. They loved it!

I got this for a Christmas gift for my husband. It looks like a sturdy car seat for our 12 lb yorkies. He didn't like the one I used to have because it had a material on it that collected our dog's hair and it looked terrible. I like material on this one better as it will be easier to clean. So our dogs are about a small medium and this should be just perfect for them

This "car seat" can also double as a travel bed, and even a travel bag for short trips, so I sometimes call it a bed.TL;DR: We were skeptical at first, but after we got it fully assembled, we were surprised and delighted. We absolutely love it. It has already become our dog's go-to bag for trips.Weight: A hefty 6.6 pounds, which you notice right away. It makes it feel high quality, and lends it some stability in the car.Size: Very roomy and flexible. It could fit a 35-40 pound dog comfortably. Our dog, pictured, is an 11-pound shih tzu.Color: Deep gray, darker than some of the pictures make it appear. Brassy hardware, black zippers, and brown leather logo label and zipper pull tabs.Texture: The scratch-resistant faux leather has a luxurious feel. When it's fully dry, it feels almost wet, like oiled leather. It's comparable to what you might find in a nice car. But one unfortunate problem is that it came out of the box wrinkly in some places, from being compressed for a long time. And the wrinkles aren't really hand-smoothing out. Hopefully they will fade over time. Fortunately it's not very noticeable except up close.Safety: Safety leash, high walls, heavy padding all around. Metal loops secure it to the car seat. No restraints other than the leash. No roof.Comfort: There are five waterproof cotton-stuffed pillows, about 3" thick, which you zip into the walls and base. There are another four bolster pillows atop the walls, making the bed 3-4 inches deeper. Any wall can squish down and act as a pillow.Handles: Strong faux leather, firmly stitched. Comfortable with a good grab. Not padded or adjustable.Strap: Clip-on, adjustable-length, woven shoulder strap with the words "funny fuzzy" printed along its length. It has heavy brass clips that attach like leashes to loops on the side walls. The strap is designed so that when not in use, you can push it over the bolster pillows and it sits snugly there. It is shown in that position in a few of the pictures.Base: Thin like a tent base. Underside is studded with gentle anti-slip bumps. The bed sags when you carry it, but the large base pillow gives it some stability as a "floor" for the occupant.Convenience:- Two flat side pockets with soft fuzzy lining- One cushioned wall can be unzipped on the edges and laid flat- Easy to use fastener buttons- Large zippers and zipper pull tabs- Safety leash is easy to hide if not in use- Small spills are naturally diverted down into the sealed baseMy wish list for the next version of the bed, all minor things:- zippered/closeable side pockets with more storage space- a flat back pocket, like the current side pockets- a closeable, breathable roof, rolled up and zipped into one of the top ridges- wrinkle-resistant faux leather- padding in the handlesMy wife and I love the car seat, and most importantly, our dog bonded with it right away.
