Definitely wobbly and feel core engaging. Time will tell but hopefully this will help strengthen my core and help me with balance and stability as well. Optimistic - seems great!

Love it but can’t inflate it once it it looses air, I contacted Gaiam and hopefully will get a needle so I can get this useable again

The pictures make this look like a flat bottom that would not wobble, but in fact, it inflates rounded on both sides, almost like an egg (but flatter). I bought this as someone typing at a computer all day and wanted something that rocks forward with me when I lean forward to type at the keyboard, and this does that well. (Rocks in all directions.) So basically it turns my otherwise ergonomic stool into a active seating wobble stool with forward tilt, without spending hundreds of dollars.Inflates to about 14.5" across and 7" high depending on amount of air. This is comfortable and stable for someone 6' tall, 200lbs. The only downside is sitting on plastic might induce sweat after a couple of hours.

Avoid! Item description claimed inflation needle was included. It’s not. Box was also open so can only assume it was a returned item. Now I’m stuck with a flat cushion, no way to inflate it, and return shipping is more than item itself is worth.

This item was received deflated and the pump was missing. Exchanged for a new one but it was also missing the pump.
