This is great for burning off the zoomies and she loves it! Every time she sees me reaching for this, she gets so excited. Do put the wrist strap on when using this, it does trigger the instinct to pull and if you don’t have a good grip, the pole can fly out of your hand. Follow directions and everything is great.Definitely recommend this.

Have a small dog, we refer to as our Cat Dog. So this was an excellent thought .. and super successful! BUT she seemingly almost without notice untied and unwound the tether to straight bands! Hence the 4 stars.

This flirt pole is very sturdy and the attachment is very secure. My puppy loves chasing it, attacking it, and playing tug-a-war with it. She's in her super bite-y phase and this allows us to play with her without putting our hands at risk of razor, puppy teeth.

My border collie puppy LOVES this toy. The braids come undone fairly often, but there's a youtube video I found that showed me how to do it myself and it is really easy to re-do so I won't fault the product for that small flaw. It is durable - our puppy chews and tugs on it and we haven't had a problem (versus the cheap cat wands that he also loves to chase but often destroys). It's fun for me to swing it around on the floor and the air for him to chase as well. It sustains his attention for a reasonable amount of time and helps tire him out, which is all I could ask or hope for from a dog toy. Highly recommend it for puppy and dog owners!
